Folding boxboards
Pankaboard is the leading producer of high thickness folding boxboard with products reaching more than 1 mm in thickness. Products are available in grammages from 275 g/m2 up to 535 g/m2 in both GC1 and GC2. The surface smoothness of the products has been optimised through dedicated product development, resulting in excellent printability. All grades are OBA free to guarantee optimal product safety throughout the packaging value chain.
PankaBrite
PankaBrite is a fully coated folding boxboard with a cream reverse. PankaBrite is a bulky and rigid cartonboard for various packaging purposes. It is ideal for food packaging where rigidity, purity and visual characteristics are required. Suitable also for large plates. PankaBrite is available from 275 g/m2 up to 525 g/m2 (1.03 mm). PankaBrite can also be supplied as hard sized for chilled and frozen food. PankaBrite is OBA free.

PankaLux
PankaLux is smooth GC1 cartonboard designed for luxury packaging where outstanding visual properties are required in combination with high packaging performance. PankaLux is ideal for demanding packaging and print applications such as lamination with metallised films, where an excellent mirror effect is required. PankaLux is available from 310 g/m2 up to 535 g/m2 (1.00 mm).

PankaLux Plus
PankaLux Plus is the new GC1 cartonboard optimized for folded trays and skin pads. PankaLux Plus is always supplied as hard sized to make it perfect fit for chilled and frozen food packaging. Optimized strength properties of PankaLux Plus make it excellent choice for demanding folded tray applications. PankaLux Plus is available from 310 g/m2 up to 535 g/m2 (1.01 mm).
