The virgin fiber raw materials enable direct food contact for all our products, which actually could reduce your current demand for barriers. Hence we can help to cut costs and to reduce your fossil footprint. Naturally we offer hard sized materials for humid environments as well.
PankaMax
PankaMax is an extra-bulky uncoated board for various applications containing a high share of groundwood pulp. The substance and thickness ratio has been maximised for applications where thickness, bulk and purity are required. The product is used in, but not limited to, various industrial end-uses such as laminating baseboard for displays, laminated food trays and underlays (salmon, cheese, bakery products). PankaMax is available in substances from 290 g/m2 up to 630 g/m2 (1.65 mm). PankaMax is always supplied with all layers hard sized for optimal performance in food service and laminated end uses.

PankaPlex High Bulk
PankaPlex is also available in high bulk version, with maximized thickness. PankaPlex High Bulk is especially designed for rigid boxes and various food service underlays. PankaPlex High Bulk is available from 380 g/m2 up to 630 g/m2 (0,9 – 1.53 mm).

PankaDisc
PankaDisc is a two-sided bleached uncoated board with high bulk and absorption properties. PankaDisc is mainly used for beermats, capseals, cake underlays and other types of specialty end-uses where high stiffness and thickness are required. PankaDisc is available from 305 g/m2 up to 610 g/m2 (1.55 mm). PankaDisc is OBA free.

PankaStar
PankaStar is an uncoated folding boxboard with high smoothness for excellent printing. PankaStar is ideal, for example, in special design packaging with an ecological approach. Through its high air permeability and smoothness PankaStar is also suitable for skin packaging. PankaStar is available from 300 g/m2 up to 500 g/m2 (0.9 mm). PankaStar is OBA free.

PankaKraft Amber
PankaKraft Amber is an uncoated and unbleached multilayer kraft board. It is a bulky and rigid cartonboard with natural brown appearance on both sides. PankaKraft Amber is especially designed for food packaging, trays and underlays. PankaKraft Amber has all layers hard sized as standard for good fit for frozen and chilled end uses. PankaKraft Amber is available from 250 g/m2 (0.50 mm) up to 450 g/m2 (0.93 mm).
