WBP
Wood pulp boards are produced primarily of ground wood pulp to maximize the utilization of raw material and the bulk of the product. Board machine 3 (BM3) has a unique drying concept (Condebelt) that further protects the bulk, while still contributing to a smooth surface.
These factors result in a very competitive product with extraordinary high stiffness in relation to its weight. Wood pulp boards are successfully used is demanding lamination constructions such as picture frames, display boards, etc. In addition, the boards are used for various industrial applications and interleaving purposes where purity, stiffness and bulk are appreciated.
PankaMax
PankaMax is an extraordinary bulky uncoated board for various applications produced of virgin mechanical pulp. The substance and thickness ratio has been developed to the maximum to provide a competitive product for applications where bulk, stiffness and purity are required. The product is used, but not limited to various industrial end uses like laminating baseboard for displays, interleaving materials, etc. PankaMax is available in substances up to 730 g/m2 or 1870 µm!
PankaSilk
PankaSilk products are produced with virgin fiber mechanical pulp, which results in a remarkable bulk in combination with a smooth surface achieved by the Condebelt drying technology on BM3. The products are available in substance up to 690 g/m2 or 1350 µm. PankaSilk is widely used for example in the picture framing industry, as display boards as well as in special applications like puzzles, battery applications, etc.
