SBS boards are produced of only chemical pulp to meet the required properties. These special boards are used in a wide range from demanding graphical applications to super strong cores as well as for heat resistant trays where advance molding is required.
The unique wet end technology on Board machine 3 (BM3) creates a very unified fiber mesh, which gives unique characteristics to the board to meet the demanding requirements.
PankaTray
PankaTray is an uncoated board specially developed for tray packaging requiring demanding molding and lamination properties. The board is available in substances from 170 to 600 g/m2. Trayboard can also be used for various food service end uses like paper plates, cold drink cups etc.
PankaCore
PankaCore is designed and used by core manufacturers where superior strength is required. These properties are achieved by the unique wet end section on BM3.
PankaFrame
PankaFrame is a specialty grade developed for high quality picture framing applications. Purity and product stability are essential features to ensure superior image quality over a long period of time.
